Well you may now be able to do the big brother thing on your cat (or potentially small dog if it doesn't mind the other dogs sniggering about the collar with "whiskas" and cat head outlines all over it). To enter, you need to buy two whiskas multipacks from any woolworths store, retain the receipts, and "Tell us in 25 words or less why the heart of a big cat beats in your little cat?". The collar will only be active for 6 months, but after that I'm sure you would be able to still use it - you'd just need to pay for the sim card/service. Frankly, I wonder if I should get some for the kids! ;-)
