1. Apply for a Jetstar Platinum MasterCard by 12 November 2012
2. Be approved, select the option Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards when you activate your Card
3. Make an eligible purchase on your Card by 31 December 2012 and you will receive a bonus 15,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer Points1; and
4. Spend $5,000 by 31 December 2012 and receive an additional bonus 15,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer Points1
